Terms of Service
Placeholder for the closed beta — last updated 9 July 2026. This will be replaced by reviewed terms before public launch.
1. What HeyPopper is
HeyPopper is an experimental prototype of a curated marketplace for independent brands, operated from the United Kingdom. It is provided for evaluation purposes during a private, invite-only beta.
2. Experimental status
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Product information is aggregated from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate — always verify details with the seller before relying on them.
3. Purchases
During the beta, checkout may operate in test mode (no real payment is taken) or process real payments for participating vendors, and each purchase screen states which applies. Where real purchases occur, the sale is fulfilled by the named independent vendor, and their terms, prices, and shipping and returns policies apply alongside these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Beta access is personal and non-transferable. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or use the service for anything unlawful.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyPopper accepts no liability for losses arising from use of this experimental prototype. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
6. Contact
